In a private cabinet meeting from weeks ago, Pres Jair Bolsonaro rants about mayors and governors misstreatment of the people.

The meeting was secret and would never see the light of day but Supreme Court, in an attempt to tarnish Bolsonaro's reputation and weaken his popular support, ordered the video to be released. Well, they shot their own foot.
