Texas border cities reach breaking point due to migrant surge

Mass migrant crossing along the Southern U.S. border has reached crisis levels, causing the city of Eagle Pass, Texas to declare a state of emergency. The mayor of El Paso says the city has received more than 2,000 migrants a day since late last week.
