How to get a black person mad, and it seemed that the majority of POPEYES' CHICKEN patrons ARE BLACK. Seriously, though, management needed to KNOW about the high demand and meet it with increased supply especially for their special 8 pieces/$4.99 - FAILURE OF MANAGEMENT. (Wonder if they are black too.)
