Yuval eloquently explains how AI would be a dictator's dream and could be the basis of some of the worst totalitarian states in human history, as it could monitor people constantly without needing human intelligence. Yuval tells Piers "AI could be the end of democracy" and suggests we slow down the deployment of it until we understand the true and full capabilities of AI.
