A la tête d’un groupe, elle a donc déposé un projet pour une loi Gayssot généralisée, c’est-à-dire qui interdirait la « négation » de tous les génocides et crimes contre l’humanité du XXe siècle (reconnus par l’État français). » Un observateur inattentif croira qu’avec cette loi, un véritable débat de fond pourra s’instaurer devant le Tribunal. Dans cette vidéo, toutefois, je démontre qu’il s’agit d’un leurre: loin de permettre aux révisionnistes de s’exprimer et d’éviter les condamnations, ce texte inaugurera le retour des parodies de justice sous des aspects hypocrites de respect des libertés. Et cette fois, les peines iront jusqu’à 5 ans de prison! Je prends d’ailleurs Valérie Boyer en flagrant délit lorsqu’elle affirme craindre ma QPC déposée à propos de la loi Gayssot: ce qu’elle veut, ce n’est pas la justice ni le respect du droit, mais une répression féroce, à tout prix.

Besides, I take Valérie Boyer red-handed when she says to fear my QPC filed about the Gayssot Act: what she wants, is not justice or the rule of law, but a fierce repression at all costs.
