Since the assassination of Taliban Leader Mullah Nek Muhammad Rehbar, propaganda machines have started blaming Pakistan, however, Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) has already claimed the killing. Many believe regional players are all set to create distrust between Afghans and Pakistan.
