A fictional story about a future dystopia world where the concept of equality is taken to such ridiculous extremes, that America has a "Handicapper General" in charge of making sure that every citizen is equal in literally absolutely every single way. If you think this sort of world could never happen, don't be too sure. We do live in a society that already gives its power and blind belief to a ruling class of psychopaths that we not only blindly obey, but we beg for our abuse and absolutely demand that they lord it over us. Given that this is already the case, to what lengths will psychopaths take limitless power if we give them limitless power?
