FRED LEUCHTER'S STORY: JEWS' SCORCHED EARTH POLICY - TOTAL DESTRUCTION Against Him.

*** Mother and aunt died. Left bills for Fred - applied the reverse mortgage ($300,000) to pay off the bills. Mortgage company at the time sold his mortgage to the new company. The new company paid the taxes without telling Fred and then told Fred HE would have to pay the back for the taxes or they would foreclose. They began foreclosure proceedings then, filed for auction on his property. A friend loaned him $20,000 = $4,000 in taxes PLUS legal fees. Another person loaned him money and he hasn't been able to pay them back yet - kept the 'hounds at bay'.

*** Same situation now but not the auction yet until the end of the month. He won't have the tax issue since he'll be on a payment plan. He needs $3,700 to stop the foreclosure. But he will be in the same situation where he will owe $20,000 again or they'll take his house. Fred is worried about his stepson, who lives in the house, who has an inoperable brain tumor, also has 2 cats, 2 dogs;

*** Fred's house is down the street from a casino (2.5 miles) - ideal location in Malden, MA. If someone wished to buy the mortgage, $380,000, allowing Fred to remain in his house until he dies. Value today - $900,000.
