The Haavara Agreement (in Hebrew הסכם העברה, Heskem Haavara, literally "transfer agreement") is an agreement signed on August 25, 1933 after three months of negotiations between the Zionist Federation of Germany, the Anglo-Palestinian Bank (under the orders of the Jewish Agency, an official executive agency on Palestinian land) and the economic authorities of the regime of Nazi Germany.

The agreement was designed to facilitate the emigration of German Jews to Palestine. Helping Jews to emigrate, he forces them to surrender most of their possessions to the German state before leaving. These assets, according to the agreement, could be obtained later, by transferring them to Palestine as German export goods.
