Darrell Brooks Calls State of Wisconsin to Testify, Wants to Face Accuser

Darrell Brooks filed a subpoena to call the state of Wisconsin to the stand to testify, stating he has a right to face his accuser. "How can they not be subpoenaed to testify if they're the plaintiff?" Brooks asked the judge, who told him he named an entity, not a person.
