This is the story of Joe Bauers - an average Army librarian who, along with a prostitute named Rita, take part in a Top Secret Army Hibernation Experiment which goes awry and Joe awakens in the year 2505, to find that he has become the smartest man on the planet in a dystopian world that is incredibly dumbed down by mass commercialism and mindless TV programming.
