Phillip Taylor MBE barrister at Richmond Green Chambers London states," The financial branch of the local authorities are very unpleasant people to deal with. There is massive harassment and bullying by the local authorities financial department against the voter.
There is no such thing as morality or ethics in the collection of this tax.
The behaviour of the local authorities has been disgraceful in court.
Councils get privilege in the way matters are heard in magistrates court.
Council tax is a magistrates' court matter not a county court, that in its self parliament should be ashamed of themselves because it should be a county court matter., not a magistrates matter."
