In 2020, corrupt administrators and politicians targeted family-owned Viva Coffee House in Tucson. Throughout the ordeal that commenced with the unlawful placement of Viva on the Pima County Department of Health’s “Wall of Shame,” their staff and families were harassed, abused, and subjected to threats of physical harm and death. After Pima County officials refused to answer his pleas for help, Walker attended the Board of Supervisors’ meeting to address the crisis with them directly—to stand up for his family, staff, and community against tyrannical executive overreach. Denied his First Amendment rights, Walker was handcuffed, arrested, and charged with “disorderly conduct," simply for speaking out. Pima County did not arrest or discourage those breaking the law by threatening to kill his family and staff. This is Kelly's story as he fights for justice...for all of us! #VivaFreedom #VivaFreedomFilm #ImNotResistingImJustStrong #VivaCoffeeHouse
