Bay Area Man Builds Giant Swastika in His Front Yard

A landscaping design in the front yard of an East Bay home has neighbors there in an uproar. Homeowner Steven Johnson claims it's not a swastika, but a Tibetan symbol from centuries ago. His El Sobrante, Calif. neighbors don't agree and say it's offensive.
