On July 27, 2013, North Korea conducted a parade to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the end of the war on the peninsula, with the participation of a variety of modern weapons; including four MD 500E light helicopters produced by the US. They even carry anti-tank guided missiles. So how does Pyongyang get a modern American-made MD 500E helicopter?
The MD 500 light helicopter is the civilian version of the famous OH-6 Cayuse light reconnaissance helicopter, developed by McDonnell Douglas; Entered service in the US Army since the 1960s. With a particularly compact shape, like an egg.
