I had not realized Playboy was even doing this. However since I don't read Playboy and I don't have a television or watch TV, things to get by me without my noticing. Most of the time I don't care.

Boy being the key word in the Playboy magazine. Hefner is probably rolling in his grave over this one. This was of course done for a reason and that reason was to entice more children to go through the surgery and have their penises and breasts cut off. The sorry bastards.
