Labour leader Keir Starmer has been widely criticised for backtracking on his leadership election pledges, especially his key promise to support the nationalisation of Rail, Mail, Water and Energy. But these two snippets, taken from two separate interviews conducted in 2020, and a year later in 2021, categorically prove that he lied to Labour Party members about his true intentions.
