Der sogenannte Gummiparagraf wird gern gegen aufrechte Menschen verwendet, jedoch darf z.B. die Antifa mit den schlimmsten Hetzparolen frei gewaehren.
Solang es GEGEN Deutsche (weisse Voelker allgemein) ist, ist ALLES erlaubt, aber sobald man die wahren Problemverursacher, Kriegstreiber und notorischen Luegner benennt, dann ist das natuerlich strafbar.

Davon mal abgesehen, dass die BRD-Gerichte sowieso alle illegale Scheingerichte sind und die sogenannten Beamten und Richter ebenfalls BETRUEGER sind UND auch die Gesetzgebung (ohne Geltungsbereich) nichtig ist, ergibt sich ein riesiger Skandal.
Das ist kein Geheimnis.
Trotzdem spielen alle weiter "rechtsstaatliches Gericht" und "Ich bin ein Beamter mit dem Recht andere zu verpruegeln" (siehe Corona Polizeigewalt).

Wenn das Volk mal das gemeinsame Bewusstsein erreicht über die Fremdherrschaft und schlichtem Raeubertum, dann koennen sich die Drahtzieher warm anziehen.
