An Israeli airstrike killed at least 13 people, including children, in Gaza and injured at least 20 others, Palestinian officials say. Israel says the attack killed three Islamic Jihad commanders. CBS News foreign correspondent Ramy Inocencio explains what sparked the latest violence.
