Gov. Andrew Cuomo arrived in Israel Thursday morning on a trip aimed at strengthening economic ties and showing support following recent anti-Semitic incidents in the U.S.

News 12's Tara Rosenblum traveled exclusively with the governor to Israel as the only American TV station capturing Thursdayâ€™s high-stakes meetings. Her exclusive one on one was a rare sitdown for Gov. Cuomo, who rarely ever sits down with television reporters.

Cuomo told Rosenblum that his primary mission is to send a strong message against anti-Semitism, which is surging in New York state and across the United States. The problem is so worrisome that it is now the focal point of an in-depth network-wide News 12 investigation called "Hate at Home."
