As the worldâ€™s energy needs change and evolve, so does the importance of commodities.

And with the advent of green-designed cars and a greater reliance on electricity, the lithium to operate batteries is becoming a vital resource.

Large deposits have recently been discovered in Mexico and the country sees the metal as a key to its future.
