Jews slaughter chickens thinking GOD will forgive their sins. If this is the YEARLY offering as dictated in Leviticus (if they are DOING sacrifices, they need to follow the rules). ONLY the priests (or High Priest for the sacrifice of atonement) are allowed to offer the sacrifices. The ONLY birds allowed are DOVES for poor people. NOTHING indicates the use of chickens EXCEPT in third-world countries like Africa, sacrificing to their gods. (Unless the NY jews are sacrificing to the holocaust god.)
