Police fail to protect Kiev LGBT parade
Supporters of traditional values broke through the police cordon that was supposed to protect those celebrating the LGBT community and a brawl broke out, as captured by footage published on Ukrainian channels.

Two marches reportedly took place in the city at the same time; one for and one against non-traditional sexual identities.

Approximately 500 people took part in the gay pride parade, which lasted about half an hour, before police and the organizers urged participants to take refuge in the subway to avoid clashes.
