If blocked: USE A 'VPN' W/ EU SERVER: "The Good Neighbor" (2016) depicts a covert psychological experiment & operation (typical Targeted Individual & Gang Stalking targeting) by tech savvy teenagers on a neighbor which leads the neighbor to ultimately commit suicide. The operation was initially aimed for science purpose but later one of the perpetrators revealed that revenge in the real reason for targeting & also personal greed as they couldn't stop.
