EDIT: Use PAPER micropore tape, not plastic micro pore tape. You may use a steam canner (2 hours) to sterilize your culture media instead of a Pressure cooker. using a pressure cooker sometimes will caramelize the sugars (bad) due to the high temp.
In this video i demonstrate how to make a liquid culture of any mushroom species.
I have fresh liquid culture and supplies available at https://www.etsy.me/36Ppbzd
