Was Alexander Aljechin a Nazi? It has never been easy to pass a verdict on French-Russian world chess champion - some will say he collaborated with the Nazi chess regime during WWII by playing in tournaments and describing 'Jewish' chess condescendingly, others will believe him when he says that all he did was trying to save the lives of his wife and himself. In today's 'great game and great story' we go through Aljechin's game with young Nazi prodigy Klaus Junge and looks into the allegations of being on the wrong side of history.
