Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly speaks with reporters in Madrid, Spain, where she is attending the NATO summit with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. She discusses Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and announces that Canada will establish full embassies with resident ambassadors in Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Armenia. Canada will also strengthen its diplomatic presence in Latvia.
