TPM Alert: Seattle blowin up over Floyd death

This was recorded earlier using the RTL-SDR v3 with OP25

The report was sent by 188 and smuggler that seattle was blowin up over the recent Floyd scenario, so i switched over to OP25 and started monitoring south sound 911 (a trunked radio system in my state).
