"Stop the hate:" Father tells politicians to stop using son's name during immigration controversy

Nathan Clark, with his wife standing at his side, reads a statement on Sept. 10 at an overflowing Springfield City Commission meeting. His message was directed to "hate-spewing people," including politicians, mentioning his son, Aiden, to further spread their "reprehensible" message about immigrants.
Aiden died a year ago following a crash involving a school bus and another vehicle driven by a man who had emigrated from Haiti.

The parents of Aiden Clark say they wish he had been killed by an older white man, instead of a Haitian, because they say his death has been used to spread hate towards migrants. Aiden’s father asks for Republicans to stop using his death for political reasons....because that totally makes sense
