Super cutie talks about the projection of more humans being crammed into cities by 2060, the psychological consequences of urban living, entitlement syndrome due to liberal policies, atomization and breakdown of trust of communities, the rat pack effect, and the contrast between more natural, healthy, human ecosystems like smaller towns and villages that teaches community cohesion, self-responsibility, social trust, and overall peace of mind.

I first heard the term 'bio spirit' from Jason Köhne and I would define it as follows: the natural inclination for a group of people with a common spirit to design their ecosystem or living environment that maximizes their safety, security, and quality of life. If you can dream it, you can build it.

She talks about two kinds of liberty, negative versus positive liberty: "Liberalism is in favor of negative liberty, the freedom from restraint on one's actions, as opposed to positive liberty, the capacity to act upon one's own free will. In cities, the overall collectivism, multiculturalism, and sheer numbers begin to be unviable for most to feel any individual responsibility towards the community or have any semblance of trust for those around them. This makes legislation reflecting negative liberty predictably appealing to liberals living in cities. The convenience that comes from having such an overwhelming abundance of resources in such close proximity removes the need for reliance on neighbors and community cohesion as well as personal responsibility."
