Then Diane discusses - the 3-part documentary concerning exiting Afghan, where officers testified that our government left soldiers behind for the communist enemy in EVERY war. The worst, of course was leaving the U.S. soldiers to be transported by the avaricious psychopathic Soviets to the labor gulags in the Soviet Union. Diane researched the numbers reported (largely the reality EXCEEDS the reported numbers) MIA where '... the investigators could conclude ..." how long someone was to remain on the MIA list before they are KIA.)
