Only after the Phoenix rising on the 17th of October does the Sun pop into the Southern field as a dual system. One in the Northern hemisphere one in the southern hemisphere to go beyond 66.6 degrees south. It's furthest point south has it on a plane above the horizon come December 21st.
Prior to 17th October the southern image of the sun as a focal point of projected energy, is from the centralized celestial gap known as the ecliptic plane. In either case the Sun is a projected image into man's personal arc of horizon.
