'Rust' Prosecutor Calls Herself as Witness Before Trial Gets Dismissed

Prosecutor Kari Morrissey testified Friday during a contentious hearing about whether or not Alec Baldwin’s case should be dismissed. During her testimony, Morrissey said the special prosecutor resigned. The defense asked Morrissey about if she called Baldwin a c**ksucker.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
