Why Israel supports Azerbaijan not Armenia?

Israel has a good relationship with Azerbaijan. The country seeks opportunities in the Caucasus region with the help of Azerbaijan. The bilateral relations rely on their common historical background. Israel has continuously supported Azerbaijan against Armenia over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Israel still remains one of the most crucial weapon suppliers to Azerbaijan. On the other side, Armenia criticizes the excellent relationship between Israel and Azerbaijan. We seek an answer to the question: "Why does Israel support Azerbaijan not Armenia?"
