This is a 3 page sexual purity assessment intended for girls. The purpose is for men to screen girls before relationships or marriage. It is not known if women will answer truthfully, or agree to answer at all. For me, this is what I will expect my future girlfriend or wife to answer prior to me investing time or energy. I am a Christian (Catholic) and am against fornication, lust, and adultery since they are sins. That is the mentality behind this document, along with general secular concern on a biological and social level, as well.
