Son of Brooklyn Supreme Court judge arrested in Capitol attack

The son of a Brooklyn Supreme Court judge was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with the Capitol riot.

The FBI arrested 34-year-old Aaron Mostofsky at his brother's home in Brooklyn, according to a source with knowledge of the case.
