Bazza and Gazza speculate that the UK's most prolific rapist fits the profile of a long rumoured serial killer who stalks the canals in Manchester. Similarities are drawn with the Smiley faced killers in America as both seem to target the same victims with the same modus operandi. The victims are intoxicated and turn up dead in a body of water. We'll be exploring the evidence in this documentary, however this is only speculation and you must draw your own conclusions.
