The red and blue symbolize the two opposing sides: the 'left' and 'right', both of which were created via the means of mass media mind control manipulation to keep the populations of sovereign countries perpetually fragmented and to create endless conflict. This conflict, according to the plans of the Freemasons and those who control them, will eventually culminate with the breakdown of societies world wide for the purpose of the manufactured 'order out of chaos' end goal.
