The contract with the Draco ended in 2012 and was a marker for the Cabal, a lot of plans didn`t go as planned and even till today almost everything goes wrong. CERN was a tool to create an escape because Earth would be destroyed in the process. Even this part of the solar system would be part of this destruction not only Earth.
