A memorial service was held in London honouring slain Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh on Tuesday, attended by friends, journalists and public figures including Jeremy Corbyn and Husam Zomlot.

The veteran Al Jazeera journalist was shot dead by Israeli forces in May.
