Eyewitnesses watched as dozens of people in two separate groups in Jersey City celebrated as the Twin Towers fell, according to a new report lending a sliver of truth to Donald Trump's much-maligned claim that "thousands" of Muslims hailed the tragedy. A now-retired police captain said he cleared a rooftop celebration of around 25 people from an apartment building with a view of the towers, according to the report. "Some men were dancing, some held kids on their shoulders," the captain, Peter Gallagher, told the site.
