A shocking video of an unarmed civilian was murdered by an Israeli sniper as he desperately searched for his family in a bombed area of Gaza. This disturbing footage was captured by an activist from the pro-Palestinian International Solidarity Movement ISM team. The man told them he was looking for his family, and they followed him through the rubble as he called for them.

The Israeli campaign, launched July 8, is, according to the Israeli forces, aimed at stopping Hamas rocket fire into Israel. The U.N. has said that the majority of the Palestinians killed are civilians, with hundreds of women and children killed and injured.
