Saxitoxin: CIA Chemical Weapons, Biochemistry and Total Synthesis (Kishi, Jacobi, Du Bois)

This video deals with the history and use of the marine natural product saxitoxin as a chemical weapon, its biochemistry and most importantly, strategies towards its total synthesis.
