Ron DeSantis may have stood up to the Pharma lobby — somewhat — during the height of COVID, but one powerful interest he’s NOT standing up to today is the Israel lobby. In fact, DeSantis has responded to the latest flare-up in Israeli-Palestinian violence by sending weaponry from the state of Florida directly to Israel while echoing the most bloodthirsty language embracing violence against Hamas and Palestinians.
