Aux Pays-Bas, le couvre-feu doit Ãªtre levÃ© Â«immÃ©diatementÂ», c'est la dÃ©cision du tribunal de La Haye qui estime que Â«l'urgence particuliÃ¨reÂ» requise pour justifier une telle mesure n'a pas Ã©tÃ© dÃ©montrÃ©e. A lâ€™origine de la plainte, Viruswaarheid, ou Â«VÃ©ritÃ© sur le virusÂ» en nÃ©erlandais, un groupe opposÃ© aux mesures de lutte contre le Covid-19 et pourfendeur du couvre-feu. Ce couvre-feu, le premier aux Pays-Bas depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale, a donnÃ© lieu aux pires Ã©meutes que le pays a connues en plusieurs dÃ©cennies.
