Wildfires rage in California as authorities arrest man for starting massive Line Fire

Nearly 6,000 first responders are working to control 16 active wildfires in California. Authorities have arrested Justin Halstenberg, 34, for allegedly starting the Line Fire, which has spread to over 36,000 acres. Meanwhile, the Bridge Fire is California's largest, exploding to nearly 50,000 acres.
