Dr. James Giordano, Chief of the Neuro-ethics Studies Program, Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics at Georgetown University and a Senior Research Fellow at the U.S. Naval War College, delivers a talk on 25 March 2021 on human neuro-enhancement entitled, " 'HOPE' for a Super Sailor? Ethical Issues of Neurocognitive Hardiness, Operational Protection, and Enhancement of Naval Personnel." It is followed by a question and answer period with viewers.
