A neo-Nazi was sentenced to 30 days in jail this week for distributing antisemitic literature around Palm Beach County.

Jon Minadeo II, the founder of the antisemitic hate group Goyim Defense League (GDL), was found guilty of a littering charge. Back in March, West Palm Beach Police found Minadeo and two other men driving around the community and tossing the flyers from a truck.

Prosecutors said the contents of the flyers did not come into play during the trial.

"We used this charge of littering because it was the only tool in our arsenal against these hate-mongers. Now, because of a bill sponsored by Rep. Mike Caruso, we have new arrows in our quiver," Palm Beach State Attorney Dave Aronberg said in a news conference Thursday. "We have new powers to go after these individuals criminally for spreading their filth."

Minadao's arrest and sentencing came after the passage of HB 269, which makes distributing hateful materials a felony. Rep. Mike Caruso introduced the bill in direct response to the rise of antisemitism in Florida.

“We will not be intimidated by antisemitism, we will push back strongly," Aronberg said.

Minadeo founded the GDL back in 2018. The group is known for its YouTube channel and distribution of neo-Nazi propaganda.

On Friday, November 3rd, Mr. And Mrs. Catfish were arrested by 9 Douglas County Sheriff deputies from Douglasville, Georgia for Free speech. A tyrannical judge signed a warrant for “littering” even though Georgia Supreme Court case law says literature is not litter! Read Statesboro Publishing v City of Sylvania decided on May 17, 1999. This caselaw trumps their “littering” ordinance. According to jail staff they are facing 132 counts of “littering” which is unconstitutional and a violation of their civil rights. They have a bond hearing set for November 6th according to jail staff. We live under a Zionist Occupied Government and the Constitution is dead! How many more Americans will be arrested by the Bolshevik thought police for exercising their God-given constitutional rights? Please accept this letter of complaint against Judge Marni Bryson for violating all 5 Canons of the Code of Judicial Conduct. This complaint is undersigned by more than 600 members of the Public. We do hereby, collectively and individually, declare that we have lost all confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the Judiciary in the State of Florida and respectfully ask that you immediately disqualify Judge Marni Bryson and prevent her from doing any further harm to the Public and the Judiciary.

As you are well aware, Canon 2A in the Code of Judicial Conduct states “a judge shall respect and comply with the law and shall act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.”

Judge Marni Bryson has already been publicly reprimanded by your organization for violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct, fined $37.5K, and yet she continues to publicly exhibit behavior and actions that violate the public trust. An independent and honorable judiciary is indispensable.
