Titles read: "RAF RAID HOLLAND IN DAYLIGHT".

Somewhere in Britain and Eindhoven, Holland.

Various excellent shots of a low level daylight raid on the Nazi-held Philips Wireless Valve and Radio factory in Eindhoven, Holland by US built Venturas, Bostons and Mosquitos. They take off from a British airfield and we see good air to air shots as they skim the waves across the Channel and the Dutch countryside towards the factory.

In our plane we have a good view of the factory as we fly over and drop the time-delayed bombs. Shaky view looking back towards the target as we can make out the explosion.

Several still photographs and live footage of the bombed and smashed factory after the raid. Various shots of the damaged planes on the ground after their return to home base. Twelve of the planes did not return.

The crews stand around their aircraft and discuss the raid (not heard).

This is very good footage of a daylight bombing raid.
