I was walking past the tram stop and notice the police there waiting,when the tram pulled up the boy tan but the police grabbed him and I filmed from there….these are Romanian gypsys so I’ve been told and they don’t like the English law…they don’t like to pay there way and they don’t like being filmed in public….in the end they were issued fines each.
